What is Feed Our Team?
Feed Our Team is a free directory of restaurants that cater team-sized meals for traveling sports teams, clubs, tournaments and other groups. You search the town you're traveling to, filter by per-person budget, meal and dietary needs, and order straight from the restaurant.
Is it free for teams?
Yes. Searching is free, with no account and no fee, and so is booking help from our team. You pay the restaurant for the food, and Feed Our Team takes no cut of your order.
How do I order a team meal?
Search by city or venue on the home page or browse by city, open a listing to see its menu, prices, lead time and minimum, then contact the restaurant or press "Request this caterer" and we pass your date, headcount and budget to the kitchen.
Does Feed Our Team handle payment or delivery?
No. Feed Our Team is not a caterer and is not a party to your order. You order and pay the restaurant directly, and pricing, delivery, substitutions and refunds are set by the restaurant.
How far ahead should we order?
Each restaurant sets its own lead time, and every listing shows it. Some kitchens need only a few hours; for tournament weekends, book as early as you can, because kitchens fill up when several teams are in town at once.
How much does team catering cost per person?
Every listing is sorted into a per-person budget band: $8–16, $10–20 or $20+. Listing pages show the full menu with item prices, so you can price a roster before you call.
Can restaurants handle allergies and dietary needs?
You can filter for gluten-free, high-protein, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal options. Dietary tags come from the restaurant and we don't verify them, so confirm allergies and how many meals of each type you need when you book.
Can we get individually packaged meals for the bus?
Yes. Filter by "Individual packaging" to find restaurants that box meals one per person, which works well for bus rides and for players with different orders.
Which cities do you cover?
See every city with a catering partner on the cities page. We're signing restaurants town by town. If your team is traveling somewhere we don't cover yet, tell us where, because that's how we decide where to go next.
Can someone book it for us?
Yes, free. Send us your date, venue, headcount and budget and a real person will reply, usually within one business day.
Are listed restaurants endorsed by Feed Our Team?
Every restaurant pays a flat membership to be listed. That isn't an endorsement or a guarantee, and paying doesn't buy a higher spot in search results. Listings show the restaurant's own menu and terms so you can judge for yourself.

What does it cost to list my restaurant?
$5 per month or $50 per year, per location. Brands with several locations get volume discounts: 5% off for 5–9 locations, 7% for 10–25, 10% for 25–100, and custom pricing for 100+. See the plans.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. The membership is the only money Feed Our Team takes. Teams order and pay you directly, at your prices, and the customer relationship is yours.
How do I get listed, and how long does it take?
Join on the restaurant page. Checkout runs on Stripe, then about five minutes of setup covers what you cater, your per-person band, lead time and dietary options. Your listing goes live within 2 business days.
What if I don't have a catering menu?
We'll draft one for you as part of onboarding, with the first draft within 3 business days. You review it before it goes live.
How do teams find my listing?
Coaches filter by city, per-person budget, meal and dietary needs, so fill in all of them. Every location also gets its own public listing page with your menu and catering terms.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. There's no self-serve cancel button yet, so a real person handles it.
