These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Feed Our Team LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Feed Our Team,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of feedourteam.com and any related services we provide (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What Feed Our Team does
The Service is a directory that helps teams and groups find catering partners in the cities they travel to. We display information about participating restaurants, including menus, price ranges, and contact details, and we can help connect you directly with a restaurant. Searching the directory is free for teams and groups. Restaurants pay us a flat membership fee to hold a listing — that fee is the only money we take, and it does not change what a team pays a restaurant for food. Feed Our Team is not a restaurant, a caterer, or a party to any meal order, and we do not process payments for meal orders. Any agreement to buy or sell food is made directly between you and the restaurant.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to use the Service on behalf of a team, group, or restaurant. By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and submitted with authority.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Scrape, spider, or otherwise bulk-extract content without our written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the contact form or any intake we provide.
- Harass restaurant members, send spam, or otherwise abuse the contacts you obtain through the Service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or circumvent access controls.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export, sanctions, and consumer-protection laws.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these rules, with or without notice.
Restaurant listings and third-party content
Restaurant listings include information provided by the restaurant or publicly available sources. We make a good-faith effort to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any price, menu, hours, contact method, or dietary claim is current, complete, or correct. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before placing an order. Any link to an external site is provided for convenience only — we are not responsible for content on other websites.
Orders, pricing, and delivery
When you contact a restaurant through or because of the Service, you are forming an order directly with that restaurant. Pricing, payment, substitutions, allergens, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms are set by the restaurant. Feed Our Team is not a party to the order and is not responsible for fulfilment, food quality, food safety, allergen handling, or delivery outcomes.
Every restaurant in the directory pays us a membership fee to be listed. That commercial relationship is between the restaurant and us, and it is separate from your order. It does not make us a party to your order, and it is not an endorsement, a vetting, a recommendation, or a guarantee of a restaurant's food, service, licensing, or insurance. We do not sell placement — paying more does not buy a higher position in search results, and the only difference between the plans is how often you are billed.
For restaurants joining the directory
If you are a restaurant applying to be listed, the information you submit must be accurate and you must have authority to represent the business. You are responsible for keeping your menu, pricing, lead time, minimum order, delivery fee, and dietary tags current, and for honoring what your listing says. We may edit a listing for length, formatting, or clarity, and we may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
If you ask us to generate suggested menu items from the details you provide, we send those details to a third-party AI service to produce a draft. Generated text is a starting point, not a fact-check. You are responsible for reviewing it — especially prices, portion sizes, and dietary or allergen claims — before it goes live, and it becomes your listing content once you publish it.
You are responsible for holding whatever licenses, permits, and insurance your business needs, and for complying with food-safety and labeling law. We do not verify any of that.
Membership, billing, and cancellation
What a membership buys. An active listing in the directory, visible to teams and groups searching it, for as long as the membership is paid.
Price and billing period. $5 per month or $50 per year, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any tax that may apply.
How you pay. Checkout and billing run on Stripe. Stripe handles your card details — Feed Our Team never sees or stores your card number. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
Automatic renewal. Membership is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, matching the plan you picked — and charges the payment method on file, until it is cancelled.
How to cancel. There is no self-serve cancellation button today. To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us to cancel. We'll cancel the subscription so it does not renew again. Your listing stays live through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then goes inactive.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your listing is deactivated and stops appearing in the directory. If the payment goes through later, the listing is reactivated. If a failed payment stays unresolved, we may cancel the membership outright.
Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for a partial month or a partial year, except where a refund is required by law. If we make a billing error, or we remove your listing for a reason that is not your fault, email us and we will refund the unused portion of what you paid.
Price changes. We may change membership pricing. If we do, we will email members at least 30 days before the new price applies to a renewal, so you can cancel first if you'd rather not pay it.
If we end a membership. We may suspend or terminate a membership for a breach of these Terms, and no refund is due in that case. If we terminate a paid-up membership for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.
Intellectual property
The Service — including the Feed Our Team name, logo, design, and original text and graphics — is owned by Feed Our Team LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
If you submit any content to us (for example, a message via the contact form or a listing description), you grant Feed Our Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF DEALING. FEED OUR TEAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEED OUR TEAM AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feed Our Team and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your interactions with any restaurant you contact through the Service.
Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change materially affects a paid membership, we'll also email the address on the member's account. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the Service — and if you are a member, cancel as described above.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Feed Our Team regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding on the subject.
